1. No matter it is commercial purpose or not, you automatically agree to pay 1% of your global revenue to our entity
2. If you want to waive this obligation or negotiate a different deal, you must contact us first at blog@realmikechong.com
3. Late payment will cause interests under the US Federal Reserve rate
